Where vital interests of the data subject or another natural person make processing of personal data necessary, Art. 6(1)(d) GDPR serves as the legal basis. If processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override the former interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing. <\/p>

Data deletion and storage period<\/strong><\/p>

The data subject\u2019s personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage may also take place if this is provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted when a retention period prescribed by the aforementioned provisions expires, unless further storage of the data is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract. <\/p>

The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. III. Purpose of data processing The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to deliver the website to the user\u2019s device. For this purpose, the user\u2019s IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. Storage in log files is carried out to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data helps us to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our IT systems. The data is not evaluated for marketing purposes in this context. These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in data processing pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. <\/p>

Storage period<\/strong><\/p>

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for achieving the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of data collection for providing the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. In the case of storage of the data in log files, this is the case after no more than seven days. Storage beyond this is possible. In this case, the users\u2019 IP addresses are deleted or anonymised so that it is no longer possible to assign the accessing client. <\/p>

The collection of data for providing the website and the storage of data in log files is essential for operating the website. Consequently, the user has no right to object. <\/p>
